Terms of Service - Data Bridge

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Data Bridge application ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Data Bridge is a monday.com marketplace application that allows users to:
- Connect supported data sources and bring data into monday.com
- Create and save import templates, mappings, and schedules for repeat use
- Run one-time and scheduled imports
- Import data into standard boards and multi subitems boards within your monday account
- Track progress and review import results and errors
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 monday.com Account Required
- You must have a valid monday.com account to use this App
- You must comply with monday.com's Terms of Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your monday.com account
3.2 Authorization
- You must authorize the App to access your monday.com data through the required permissions
- You can revoke monday app authorization at any time through monday.com's app management interface
- You can revoke external connector access, such as Google access, through the relevant provider account controls
4. App Permissions and Data Access
4.1 Required Permissions
The App requires the following monday.com permissions:
- me:read: To identify users and manage app context
- boards:read: To read board structure, target boards, groups, and item context for imports
- boards:write: To create or update data during import operations
4.2 Scope of Access
- The App only accesses boards within your authorized account
- Data access is limited to functionality described in this agreement
- Connector access is limited to the source data you explicitly authorize
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plan Types
- Free Plan: $0/month, up to 3 imports per month, manual imports only, and no saved schedules.
- Starter Plan: $14/month or $11/month billed yearly, up to 50 imports per month, and no saved schedules.
- Pro Plan: $24/month or $19/month billed yearly, up to 120 imports per month, and up to 5 saved schedules.
- Team Plan: $49/month or $39/month billed yearly, up to 250 imports per month, and up to 10 saved schedules.
- Business Plan: $74/month or $64/month billed yearly, up to 600 imports per month, up to 30 saved schedules, and priority processing.
- All plans include supported source connectors, standard board support, and multi subitems board support. Paid plans also include unlimited templates.
5.2 Billing and Payment
- Billing is handled through monday.com's marketplace billing system
5.3 Plan Changes and Cancellation
- Billing changes and subscription cancellations are handled through monday.com's marketplace billing system
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use the App to:
- Import and synchronize business data into monday.com
- Create and manage import templates and schedules
- Use supported source connectors for business data you are authorized to use
6.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Connect, upload, or import data you do not have rights to access or process
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 App Ownership
- The App, including all code, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
- These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App
7.2 User Content
- You retain ownership of your source data and imported content
- You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any data you connect, upload, or import
8. Data and Privacy
8.1 Data Processing
- We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- All data is stored securely within monday.com's hosted infrastructure as required for the service
- We do not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy
- We do not use customer data for model training, profiling, or marketing
10. User Communications
10.1 Service Communications
We may contact you regarding:
- Critical service updates or security issues
- Billing and subscription matters
- Support requests you initiate
- Legal or compliance requirements
10.2 Marketing Communications
- We do not send marketing emails or promotional communications
- We do not contact users for sales or marketing purposes
- All communications are strictly service-related
10.3 Communication Preferences
- Service-related communications are necessary for app functionality
- You cannot opt out of critical service communications
11. Disclaimers and Limitations
11.1 Service Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee that the App will meet all your requirements
- Some parts of the service depend on third-party and platform services, including monday.com and Google
11.2 Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
- You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account
- Subscription cancellations are handled through monday.com's billing system
13.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- Use the App in a way that harms our Service or other users
- Fail to pay subscription fees when due
14. Changes to Terms
14.1 Modifications
- We may modify these Terms at any time
- Material changes will be communicated through the App or email
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms
14.2 Version Control
- The "Last Updated" date indicates when Terms were last modified
- Previous versions are not maintained or accessible
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Integration with monday.com
16.1 monday.com Terms
- Your use of the App is also subject to monday.com's Terms of Service
- In case of conflict between these Terms and monday.com's Terms, monday.com's Terms prevail for platform-related matters
17. Miscellaneous
17.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
